ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinates machines with all vendors:
- Communicates with vendors to order new machines for the company
- Manages the time lines for all the machines from purchase to installation and training.
- Coordinating with all Wanek and Millennium staff to ensure all department time lines are matching the machine time line.
- Coordinate with vendors daily to ensure they are on schedule
- Updating all management of changes being made to the schedules
- Creating AFE’s for new machine purchases
- Working with Wanek and Millennium Staff with all paperwork needed to purchase new machines
- Coordinate machine run-offs with travel department and vendors
2. Maintains continuous personal development and business acumen:
- Keeps up-to-date on reading material in new machines fields
- Shares new knowledge with members of organization
- Maintain a working knowledge of new technologies
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Continuously teach others when possible
3. Maintain reliable attendance
4. Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup.
5. Adhere to departmental budget.
6. Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education
- BS in either Mechanical Field, or Engineering required
2. Experience
- MRO Experience
- Purchasing and Logistics Experience
- Understanding of operations management
- Project Management Experience
3. Knowledge of:
- Machines and their functions
- Scheduling and Timelines
- Document management systems
- Contracts
4. Skills and Abilities
- Analyze and resolve problems through by coordinating with all relevant departments
