- Making recruitment plan, assure that the company has enough manpower as plan.
- Ensure the quality of people being recruited to meet the company’s demand.
- Receiving and advertising for inquiries from other Department. Using both internal channel and external advertising media.
- Be responsible to interview candidates on the 1st round via phone, arrange official interview candidates in the company (Post the job on internet, filter & interterview CV, arrange schedule & prepare for interview, inform the result of interview to candidates, prepare offer letter…).
2. Training & development:
- Be responsible to prepare the training plan in the beginning of fiscal year.
- Organizing and coordinating for internal training program as requirements: Prepare documents or material, training room, facility, checking participants….
- Training Orientation for new employees.
- For external training: Contact to training centre about training content, quotaion, training time, making plan and arrange schedule…
3. C & B:
- Be responsible to checking attendance records & calculating of monthly payroll accurately and timely.
- Be responsible to control the reports: SHUI, PIT ….
- Monitor compensation of medical and accident insurance.
- Handling staff leaving.
- Control labor contract, discipline and other duties are assigned by Manager.
Working location base in Quang Ngai (VSIP Quang Ngai)
- Male/ Female.
- Experience: at least 4 years experience in HR field
- Fair command English
- Good communication
- Graduated: University with major: English, Business Administration, ....
- High responsibility, eager to learn and good personality.
